Goal Setting Conferences - November 19 & 21

Three-Way conferences are a vital part of home-school communication. They are not long meetings but can still be meaningful. We encourage students & parents to attend conferences to gain a more complete understanding of your child’s schoolwork. Bearspaw School has used a web-based conference manager software called Schoolsoft for booking a conference as it has been found to be an easy way for parents to book conferences at their convenience.

Below, please find the details of how to log-on to book your conferences. The first time you use this web-based application you will be required to register for a new account, which only takes a minute or two. Please note that although parents can register at any time; the booking of conferences begins on Sunday, November 10th at 6:00 a.m. and closes on Thursday, November 21st at 3:00 p.m.

Confirm that your internet browser meets the following requirements:

Internet Explorer version 7+; or Firefox 3+; or Safari 4+. If you are using an older version of an internet browser, you will have to update it. Access the following website address on your computer: https://bearspaw.schoolsoft.com/login

NOTE: There will be no kindergarten classes on Friday, November 22nd. Additional conferences will be held during that regular instructional time.

Grade One to Three Conferences

(15 minute conferences)

Grade Four to Eight Conferences

(10 minute conferences)
