CO2 Cars
Your challenge will be to design and build a CO2 car. You will need to apply scientific principles when designing and building their car, as the objective is to build the fastest car within the given specifications. This course is all hands on, so students will be required to be active participants throughout the entire planning, building and testing phases. Students will also learn and demonstrate the safe use of tools to construct their Co2 cars. Who will take the checkered flag this year?
Rocketry
5, 4, 3, 2, 1….Blast off!!! If you enjoy the excitement of watching a rocket take off and fly up into the sky, you are going to REALLY enjoy this course. Learn about flight principles, the applications of modern rockets and the history of rocketry. This course really “takes off”, when you begin building your own rocket that you will shoot up into the sky, all while demonstrating safe rocket launching practices. See you out on the launch pad!!
